前言（FORWORD）
一、空军任务指挥（MISSION COMMAND IN THE AIR FORCE）
什么是任务指挥（WHAT MISSION COMMAND IS）。任务指挥是领导力的哲学，它使得空军官兵在不确定、复杂的、快速变化的环境中，通过信任、共享感知、理解指挥官意图，来开展行动。（Mission command is philosophy of leadershhip that empowers Airmen to operate in uncertain,complex,and rapidly changing environments through trust,shared awareness,and understand of commander's intent.）任务指挥哲学并非美国空军独有，但由于空中力量的内在性质，美国空军运用任务指挥的方式有独特特点。根据空军条令出版物AFDP1，空军：集中指挥-分布式控制-去中心化执行，是空军官兵执行任务指挥的方法。（A mission command philosophy is not unique to the USAF. However,because of airpower's inherent attributes,the way the USAF applices mission command has distinct characteristics. According to Air Force Doctrine Publication1(AFDP1), The Air Force, Centralized Command-Distributed Control-Decentralized Execution(CC-DC-DE) is the method by which Airmen execute misson command.）
任务指挥的原则（THE PRINCIPLES OF MISSION COMMAND）。清晰的指挥官意图（PROVIDE CLEAR COMMANDER'S INTENT）,建立共享理解（CREATE SHARED UNDERSTANDING），采取训练有素的举措（EXERCISE DISCIPLINED INITIATIVE），通过相互信任建立团队（BUILD TEAMS THROUGH MUTUAL TRUST），接受谨慎风险（ACCEPT PRUDENT RISK），在适合的时候运用任务型命令（USE MISSION-TYPE ORDERS WHEN APPROPRIATE），
任务指挥不包括哪些（WHAT MISSION COMMAND IS NOT）
任务指挥的5C（THE FIVE Cs OF MISSION COMMAND）。品质（Character），技能（Competence），能力（Capability），团结（Cohesion），潜能（Capacity）
二、结论（CONCLUSION）
任务指挥是空军的领导力哲学。（Mission Command is the Air Force's philosophy of leadership.）
如下图所示，蓝色区域表示任务指挥文化属性，星的五角表示指导任务指挥领导力每日行动的原则。（In the star below,the blue field symbolizeds the attributes of the mission command culturre.The five points of the star identify the principles and encompass the actions and daily practices of mission command leadership.）
总之，任务指挥文件表现为：具体原则的实践和指挥官意图的指导，赋能行动实施，通过CC-DC-DE架构，使得美国空军在目前的飞行、战斗行动以及未来行动中致胜。（Together,the embodiment of the mission command culture,the practice of its principles,and guidance provided by ocmmander's intent enables the execution of operations through the framework of CC-DC-DE that allows the USAF to fly,fight ,and win now and into the future.）
